One of
the biggest debates surrounding evidence collected from
investigations is that of 'Orbs', light anomalies so
nicknamed because of their common shape.
The problem with the Orb phenomena is
that is has become so hyped up from TV programmes often
devoting most of an entire program to the evidence for
paranormal entities based solely on Orb footage. The
problem is most light anomalies captured have a 99.9%
chance of being something more down to earth. Let me
show you a few examples.

This example is nothing more than rain
shot in a graveyard near Tintern. There are many other
examples floating around the web and most are probably
caused by dust, rain, snow, mist etc.
This better example below is of a single
'Orb' captured on the same investigation but again we
have ruled this one out as probable rain drop.

The other common cause of light anomalies
can be put down to insects inadvertently flying in front
of your optic field of vision. This fairy pic below
is in fact an insect in flight.

While we are not saying that every picture
captured is caused by the above it is better for your
investigation if you can negate these issues first.
Even allowing a dusty corridor to settle before you
start capturing images is not guaranteed to rule out
dust as a cause for images such as these. There will
always be airflow where ever you are investigating.
